How do I return an item?
If an item needs to be returned, please contact us as soon as possible once you have received it so that we may provide the return authorization.
Return requests must be received within 30 days of the shipment of the product. All returned items must be in new condition, in the original (unopened) packages. Items that are damaged/opened may not receive full credit.
There is no restocking fee on authorized returns that meet the above requirements. Return shipping (insured) is the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. If shipping was originally free, the actual shipping/handling costs will be deducted from the credit amount. Unauthorized returns and returns of opened/used items may be rejected if not previously authorized.
